About Order Cancellation
You may cancel 5 days for free before production; however, if production has already commenced,
5-10 days after production :10% cancel fee .
10-15 days after production:20% cancel fee .
15 days after production if shipped out :can't be canceled , if need cancel ,Considering product costs and shipping fees will charge 60% of the cost .
30-Day Quality Guarantee
We offer a 30-day quality guarantee on all our products. If the car seat covers are not fit your car well due to wrong data,or quality issue you may return it to us for a refund or remake within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Don't return yourself please contact our customer support team at support@dzxcover.com or call us at +1 305 397 6895 to request a return authorization.
2.Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3.Our customer support team will provide a return label by email , you can download it and print it then paste on your seat cover package outside.
4.Go to the UPS postal office and return it back for free .
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions
1.Customized or personalized seat covers are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2.Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
