How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2.Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3.Our customer support team will provide a return label by email , you can download it and print it then paste on your seat cover package outside.

4.Go to the UPS postal office and return it back for free .

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Exceptions

1.Customized or personalized seat covers are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2.Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
